After years leading operations, product development, compliance, and complex manufacturing work, we saw how often founders with powerful ideas were left to navigate an overwhelming system alone. Brilliant, mission-driven leaders would begin to question themselves — not because their ideas weren’t strong, but because execution felt confusing, technical, and exhausting.

We saw this especially often with women founders, who were expected to “figure it out” without the operational leadership, structure, or support they deserved.

We knew we could change that.
